Fostering Resilience & Intrapersonal Relationships
Thank you for visiting my website! I'm so glad you're here.
***Please note that I am NOT accepting new clients at this time due to maternity leave. I will accept new clients in December 2023 and will resume offering sessions in January 2024.***
I provide warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative support. I particularly enjoy working with those navigating challenges and life transitions related to pregnancy (including pre-, peri-, and postpartum depression and anxiety) and parenthood.
I have two core goals for all my clients that layer with the individual goals they bring to treatment:
1. Foster resilience. In my experience, mental and relational wellbeing are found in resilience: the ability to adapt to life's changes with self-compassion.
2. Develop a strong, securely attached relationship with yourself. I firmly believe that the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have in your life. All other relationships stem from this!
I use an integrated therapeutic approach rooted in the belief that my clients are the experts of their own experiences to explore challenges and seek peace and healing. I have received training in Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory, among others. I am also trained in Brainspotting (Level 1), a powerful and effective modality for treating and releasing trauma.
The decision to begin therapy can be intimidating - thank you for considering me as a partner on your journey. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
